TOGETHER GmbH respects the right to privacy of every individual who access and navigate our website.

We take some measures to protect the data of our users and we follow the legally valid regulations regarding data protection. This data protection declaration outlines how we use any personal information we collect about you and your rights to access and correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Technical and organizational and physical measures in the field of data protection, IT and information security are used from TOGETHER GmbH to protect against damage, destruction or unauthorized access to stored data as well as to achieve the goals of protection of confidence.

II. What is the legal basis?

We follow the legally valid regulations General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR),   Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG), and other valid European regulations and laws.

III. Description of data processing

a) Which data will be stored if you access our website?

If you access or navigate our website we save automatically all data provided by your browser. These data are: Date and time of the access of our website, type and version of the browser you are using,  operating system of your PC, the language, all visited pages, down-loaded data files, volume of data and URL of the  website, Internet-Service-Provider of the user and IP-address of the user.

This means that we log the IP address of the machine you use to access our website. The IP address is a unique number that is used on the Internet to identify a unique computer for the purpose of allowing  to communicate with each other.

These data are saved in Logfiles without any connection to other personal data of the user.

These data are only used for statistical purpose.  The collected information will not be transmitted to third parties. A transmission to authorities or state institutions which are entitled to receive information is justified if it is decided judicially or legally.

b) Which Logfiles will be saved and how long?

Due to technical reasons, the information provided by your browser is saved automatically in Server Logfiles when visiting our website. All Logfiles are changed daily. The Logfiles of the previous day will be at the Internet-Service-Provider and are available for the pre-defined life span. These are only internal Logfiles.

contains: FTP User, IP, Heruntergeladene/Hochgeladene Data files

life span: 24 hours

SSH-Logfile
contains: SSH User, IP

contains: MetaData (sender, recipient, time, IP, size)

life span: 3 days

c) Legal basis  

Legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the Logfiles is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

d) Purpose of saving Logfiles

The storage of Logfiles is necessary to operate the website. It is also important to improve our website and to secure the safety of our E-Systems. The temporary storage of the IP-address is necessary to identify a unique computer for the purpose of allowing  to communicate with each other.

We do not use these data for marketing activities.

So we have a legitimate interest in processing of personal data refer art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

e) Period of the storage

The data will be deleted when the goal is achieved.  That means the Logfiles will be deleted at the latest of seven days.  A longer storage is possible. In that case the IP-address of the user will be deleted or alienate, so a correlation is not possible.

f) Right of objection and possibility to delete

The collection of data and saving in Logfiles is imperative necessary to operate the website. Therefore the user has no right of objection.

IV. Using of Cookies

a) Acceptance

By using our www.together-gmbh.com the user will be informed about the using of cookies for statistic purpose by a banner and the user has to agree to accept the use of the cookies, the data protection declaration of TOGETHER GmbH and to accept that some personal data will be collected.

b) What are Cookies

Cookies are small text files, which are placed by a website and which are automatically stored by the browser of your computer /device. Cookies are made to remember that the user has logged in former pages, that means the browser “remembers” the saved cookies and send the information to the server. We use Session-Cookies, which are erased automatically when the user closes the browse (Session-Cookies), other cookies have a life span of several days, weeks or months (persistent Cookies). They remain on the user`s computer / device for a pre-defined life span. At the end of their life span the cookies will be deleted automatically. We also use the persistent cookies to recognize your browser at the next access to our website.

We use for example the Third Party Cookie cdnjs on our website www.together-gmbh.com, which will be deleted automatically after end of the session.

e) Purpose of data processing

The purpose to use technical necessary cookies is, that we need these cookies to improve our website. We cannot offer some functions on our website without cookies.

f) Duration of storage, right of objection and possibility to delete

Cookies will be stored on the computer / device of the user. That means that the user has the complete control. You can delete cookies stored in your browser by using a function in your browser. V. Email contact

a) Description and volume of data

On our website you can contact us under “Contact“ and our email address. We usually collect the personal data of the user, which are transmitted in the email: name, email address, IP-address, date and time of the email and any message that you provide. This information is used by us to reply your request. We do not transmit any personal data to a third party. We only use your personal data to reply your request.

Legal basis for the data processing of personal data refer to email is art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO and if it will generate a buying contract additional art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

c) Purpose of data processing

The personal data are used by us to reply the inquiry of the sender.

d) Period of storage

The data will be deleted, if the goal is achieved and the inquiry is answered. If the email generates a buying contract we must save the data refer §257 Abs. 4 HGB up to 10 years.

e) Right of objection and possibility to delete

The user has the right of objection and the right that the personal data shall be deleted.

Please send us an email, a letter or fax message with a short message that you want that your data shall be deleted.

Then all personal data refer to your contact to our company will be erased.

VII. How does TOGETHER protect your data?

Technical and organizational and physical measures in the field of data protection, IT and information security are used from TOGETHER GmbH to protect against damage, destruction or unauthorized access to stored data as well as to achieve the goals of protection of confidence.

We are obliged to several data protection laws. We continuously improve our measurements of data safety.

When you log-in or send an inquiry your personal data will be transmitted to us. Therefore we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure that  personal information provided to us is not  visible to anybody else when  in transit between your computer and  our servers. You can tell when SSL is in use by the presence of a small "padlock" symbol  in the  status bar  of your web  browser.

VI. Rights of persons concerning their personal data

a) Which rights do you have (information, correction and deletion of personal data)?

At any time you may contact us by Email , Letter or Fax-massage and you have the right to information concerning the stored data of your person.

You have also the right to correction if we saved irregular data of your person.

You have also the right to completion if we saved incomplete data of your person.

You have the right to deletion of your personal data or blocking and you have the right to get all personal data of your person in a file.

b) Right to complain at authority

You have the right to complain at the authority concerning  art. 77 DSGVO if you think that the data processing is not legitimate.

VII. Social Plugins

TOGETHER GmbH does not use any social plug-ins like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc..

If we use external Links that are offered through our website, this privacy statement does not extend to these Links. We inform the user about external links through a sign like following

Refer § 7 Abs. 1 Telemediengesetz (TMG) the provider of the other website is responsible for all contents of his website. Persons under  18 years  of age should  not  disclose  personal data  to  us without the consent of  parents  or  guardians.  Without parental consent, we do not request, record or disclose to third parties any personal information from children and persons under the age of 18.
