How do TOGETHER® hot and cold plates save staff time?
These buffet hot and cold plates combine two functions in one unit. Simply place your serving platter of food on top and select hot or cold – it can cool or keep food warm around the clock without extra effort. No more ice cubes, ice packs, crushed ice, pre-chilled eutectic plates or changes to the heating and cooling equipment. Simply flick the switch between warm, off and cool.
The hot and cold plate 3300 combines practical operation with an attractive design.
Measuring 36 × 56 cm and weighing just 8 kg, the unit is suitable for both fixed and portable use. At only 8.8 cm high, with rounded corners, a metal surface and a choice of four base colours, it blends into the buffet and creates a high-quality presentation without the bulk of conventional cooling equipment.
It's easy to use: no cooling packs or ice cubes. Simply place your GN 1/1 serving platter of food on top and select warm or cold.

The hot and cold plate combines two functions in one unit, so there's no need to rebuild or rearrange the buffet. Keep breakfast food chilled, then use the same unit to keep lunch or dinner dishes warm – just flick the switch.

The hot and cold plate 3300 suits both fixed and portable use. Its compact size and 8 kg weight make it easy to handle. With no refrigerant, the plates are straightforward to transport and store. Uneven floors or storage at an angle, upright or even upside down do not cause a problem.
The hot and cold plate 3300 uses a dedicated power supply, which is included. It supplies 24 VDC. According to the historical product description, this low voltage avoids an electric-shock injury risk to guests or staff if drinks or water are accidentally spilled onto the unit.
