We process personal data only where there is a legal basis for doing so. Enquiries relating to entering into or performing a contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING IS NEEDED TO ESTABLISH, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS (ARTICLE 21(1) GDPR).

4. Data collection on this website
No cookies and no audience measurement
This website does not set its own cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or other services for audience measurement, advertising, profiling or analysis of individual user behaviour. We therefore do not display a general cookie or consent banner.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser sends automatically. This includes:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources.
Data is collected under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in displaying and optimising the website without technical errors, for which server log files are required.
Enquiries by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your enquiry and any personal data it contains to deal with your request and any follow-up questions. Data is shared only where necessary to handle your enquiry or perform a contract, or where required by law.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to performing a contract or taking steps before entering into one. Otherwise, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or on your consent where requested (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
We retain data you send in an enquiry until you request deletion, withdraw consent to storage, or the purpose of storage no longer applies, for example when your request has been dealt with. Mandatory legal requirements, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.
5. Services used
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor our website's visibility and technical presentation in Google Search results. No analytics or tracking code is run on this website for this purpose. Visiting our website does not cause Search Console to set cookies or create individual visitor profiles on our website.
OpenStreetMap
Our contact page offers an OpenStreetMap map. It is not loaded automatically. Initially, only a locally stored notice is shown. A connection to OpenStreetMap servers is made only when you explicitly click to load the map. This may transmit your IP address, browser details, the date and time of access and the previously visited page.
Processing takes place only after you deliberately activate the map, based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your decision is not stored permanently by this website, so you must activate the map again on a later visit to the contact page.
The map service is provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Further information about data processing is available at https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
6. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy to meet current legal requirements or reflect changes to our services, such as the introduction of new services. The revised policy will apply when you next visit.
