The cooling plate 4000 has a cooled surface measuring 490 × 288 mm. Including the surrounding frame, overall dimensions are 545 × 343 mm. GN 1/1 platters can also be placed on the cooling surface.

Which heights are available for the cooling plate 4000?
Three versions: 4010 (10 cm legs, 13 cm overall height), 4012 (12.5 cm legs, 15.5 cm overall height) and 4015 (15 cm legs, 18 cm overall height).
Which colour combinations are available?
Twelve combinations per height: BBB, BBS, BSB, BSS, SSS, SSB, SBS, SBB, NBB, NBS, NSB and NSS. Plates are available in black anodized, silver anodized or natural aluminium without anodizing (N).
Can I order a custom colour?
The cooling plate 4000 is offered in the twelve colour combinations shown on this page. Other versions require a separate written agreement.
What applications is the cooling plate 4000 suitable for?
With a 490 × 288 mm cooling surface and overall dimensions of 545 × 343 mm, it suits buffets, counters and mobile catering. GN 1/1 platters can also be placed on the cooling surface.
